More kulambu




Ingredients

Coriander seeds        - 2 tbs
Thoor dhal                 - 2 tbs
Rice                           -  1 tsp
Curd                          -   3 cups
Red chillies                -   3
Green Chillies            -   3
Cummin seeds          -  1
Fenugreek seeds.     -   1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder      -  1/2 tsp

For seasoning

Mustard seeds        - 1 tsp
Asafoetida powder  - 1 tsp
Curry leaves            - few


Method

Soak coriander seeds, Thor dhal and rice for half an hour

Beat 3 cups of curd well.

Dry fry green chillies, red chillies, fenugreek seeds and keep aside

Grind soaked items, fried items along with coconut and Cummin seeds

In a pan, put the grinded items and allow it to boil, when raw smell goes, add salt, curd and in two minutes turn off the stove.

In one tsp of oil, season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves and asfetodia powder.

Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
