Garlic Thuvaiyal


Recipe for garlic chutney.... In oil, fry 20 small onions ( can use 2 big onions instead of small onions), add 20 red chillies, fry well till onion turns pink....Switch off flame, grind in small cup of mixe by adding 20 garlic pods, tamarind, salt along with sautéed onion and red chilles....add sesame oil and mix well.... This is very hot chutney... Goes well with hot idly, dosa, paniayarams etc... If we eat with seasame oil, taste is heaven....
