Good Morning... Lunch box recipe today.... Banana sweet roti.... My kids favourite.......
Powder sugar in mixie (add quantity according to your taste), make paste of bananas in mixie without adding water....for one cup of wheat flour can use one banana....add sugar powder, mashed banana, salt, cardamon powder , coconut scraps, little ghee to the flour, mix well first without adding water....if needed lastly add warm water or warm milk little by little, knead the dough well.. (care should be taken not to add excess water, Because already sugar and banana will release water while kneading.....knead the dough like for chappathi and consistency also should look same like chappathi..now make balls out of the kneaded flour, roll it, cook it in dosa tawa by adding ghee..... Healthy dish for kids.... Those who don't want sugar, may add jaggery instead of it....but my kids like sugar roti only......
