Today prepared Pumpkin Erissery also for lunch .... we can prepare this on virutham days... Very tasty...
Being Thursday prepared this.... Cook pumpkin cut into small square shapes in water by adding turmeric to it.... Cook overnight soaked black eyed pea (here for difference of taste i used rajma... ) in cooker....grind coconut, green chilli, pepper corn and Cumin seeds in mixie... Mix cooked pumpkin, black eyed pea , coconut paste and allow it to mix well in medium flame for five minutes....then switch off flame..... Season in coconut oil with mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and lastly add coconut and fry it too well and then add to the Erissery...easy to prepare.....instead of black eyed peas we can use any sprouts too....
