Good Moring friends.....Today's breakfast is palak keerai chappathi with raita(spinach green leaves chappathi)...,, As usual this is technique to make kids eat keerai....sure try it....those who hates keerai will eat without hesitation...
For one cup of chappathi flour, use one cup of keerai..wash keerai well and put the keerI in boiled water for five minutes, take care green colour shouldn't change....then grind keerai in mixie cup along with green chillies..to this mix add chappathi flour, turmeric powder (to reduce too much green colour since kids may hate that), salt, Cummin seeds or powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder....knead into dough., use the warm water filtered from keerai to knead dough along with keerai..keep this dough for half an hour.... Make chappathi out of it as we normally make regular chappathis...this keerai chappathi needs no side dish.... Better serve with raita....good for health....
