Methi besan flour balls Moore kulambu


This more kulambu is very instant and easy to make... When any guest arrived suddenly we can make this in few minutes , very simple dish which has grand look.... Very healthy tooo....


Ingredients 

For methi leaves balls

Besan flour - 2 cups
Methi leaves - 1 cup
Green chillies ( nicely chopped) - 3
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 inch
Water - as needed

For coconut paste

Shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3
Red chilies - 3
Curd - little to grind

For kulambu

Churned curd - 3 cups
Turmeric powder
Salt

Seasoning

Coconut oil or sesame oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Hing powder - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - few
Red chillies - 2


Method


In a pan add two cups of besan flour, to that add methi leaves, salt, nicely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, finely grated ginger piece, add little water and mix everything well... In a pan add little water and curd, when it begin to boil, add balls made out of the above mix....in 10 to 15 minutes I will be cooked... 


To this add paste of coconut, jeera, green chillies, red chillies ( paste made my adding curd), when it begin to boil, add beaten curd, switch off the flame. Season with mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, red chilies and pour it over the kulambu... You can use coconut oil for seasoning....
