Mixed veg chappathi

Today's breakfast is vegetables stuffed chappathi and noolkol ( turnip) kuruma.... Actually my kids ate this chappathi without any side dish, tasted so nice to eat without any side dish....It is one of the method to make your kids eat all vegetables. My daughter named this as pizza chappathi 

 


Method


Kneaded chappathi flour, adding curd, salt, omam, water.. In a pan add oil, first fry onion well, then add grated vegetables of your choice, I added carrot, capsicum, baji milagai...fry well, add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix everything well, then switch off flame ... Then roll out one chappathi, spread tomato sauce over it, then spread veg mix and cover it with another chappathi...cook chappathi,... While packing for lunch box, if u cut chappathi and place, kids will enjoy it....my daughter used to say if eat like this she had feel of eating pizza.
