Ingredients
Amla - 5 medium size
Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Grated Jaggery - one pinch
Salt - as needed
Red chillies - 3 nos
For seasoning
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
curry leaves - few
Oil as needed
Method
Dry roast methi seeds and red chillies. Now grind together, shredded Amla, coconut, roasted fenugreek seeds, red chilies, salt, jaggery, salt by adding little water. Then in a pan add oil, season it with mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and pour over the chuntey.
You can have this with idly, rice etc.,
