Reciepe for murunga keerai chutney, dry roast one table spoon of chenna dhal, urad dhal, 5 to 6 red chillies, soak one amla size tamarind in water, fry one cup of drum stick leaves in 1/2 tsp of oil, till it shrinks well, then grind roasted dhals, keerai, tamarind extract, salt....season with mustard seeds, fenugreeks seeds and pour over the chutney....this chutney goes well with curd rice too....

Drumstick leaves chutney
This is very healthy chutney and in particular it is very good for sugar patients. Even kids who hate green leaf vegetable will eat this without hesitation and they can't find out it is made from drumstick leaves.
