Ladies finger masala curry

Today I prepared dhal rice for our lunch box and pressed this ladies finger masala curry as side dish. Both goes well with each other. Lady's finger is very good for everyone especially for kids to improve their memory powder. So try to give this to kids in different forms. So please try this version of lady's finger and give your comments.



Ingredients

Lady's Finger - 1/2 KG
Onion - 3 nicely chopped
Oil - as needed

For grinding

Grind following ingredients by using minimum water.

Red chilies - 6
Fired gram - 1 tbs
Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coconut - 1 tbs (optional)
Salt as needed

Method

First split lady's finger into four and the cut then into two inch long pieces. Add oil to a pan, add onion and sauté will. Now add lady's finger and sauté well till it is half cooked. Now add grinded masala and sauté till it becomes thick and begin to leave the sides.



Serve hot with rice or rotis.
