Rava roti

This is just another form of making roti using rava.... We can say this as rava paathiri too... We prepare this in the same way as the airi paathiri... It tasted so nice and goes well with any gravy..


Ingredients

Rava - 1 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup ( may increase or decrease to make thick dough)
Water - 2 cups
Salt and oil as needed

Method

Boil water adding salt and little water... Then add rava to it and cook till all water evaporates...
Allow this mix to cool... When it is cooled add Maida flour and knead it into dough , consistency should be like the chappathi dough, if necessary can add more maida... Knead well and keep aside for one hour. The make balls out of it and roll it into chappathi and cook it in the raw by filling over both sides.. 


Serve hot with any gravy
