Poha - 1 cup
Sooji / rava - 1 cup
Curd - 2 cups
Green chillies - 3
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Eno fruit salt - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Salt to taste
Water - as needed
For seasoning
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut scraps - 1 tsp ( optional)
Coriander leaves for decoration
Method
Beat curd well.... Add green chilles ginger paste to it.... To this add poha and rava. Allow to stand for minimum 10 minutes. I kept it for one hour. When about to steam, add eno fruit salt and lemon. Then steam it in greased tray for 10 minutes. Both gas stove and oven will give good result. Then season it with seasoning items. Decorate it with coriander leaves and coconut ( i didnt used coconut today).
When it cooled, cut it into desired shapes and serve with green chutney.
