Ingredients
Split moong gram dhal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamon - 3
Cashuewnuts - 10
Ghee - as needed
Salt - very little pinch
Method
In a pan add ghee and fry yellow split moong dhal or pasiparuppu.... Grind it in machine along with one cup of sugar, ghee fried cashewnuts, cardamon and salt.... You can prepare this powder whenever you are free and store in airtight box and prepare later at anytime....
Heat ghee in pan... Pour this to the pasipaurppu mix powder we prepared.... We should add enough ghee so that we can make balls out of it...... I used to keep ghee in stove in sim flame and add very hot to the powder little by little... Only when powder is little hot we can make balls easily... So add ghee batch by batch and prepare balls... Store it in air container...
