Rice flour chilla

Since am so much interested in trying variety of dishes, yesterday tried Bihar special breakfast lItti Choka, today tried Breakfast of Chattisgarh, Chilla... Normally south Indian dosas are called chilla.... But here is some difference.... Very easy and quick to make... Very instant but tasty too...



The simple method to make this chilla, In a pan add rice flour, to it add salt and water and mix. Batter should be in more liquid form, watery consistency like we have for rava dosa.... In dosa tawa, grease with oil, pour this batter, when one side is cooked, turned it to other side and remove it from fire.. Serve hot with any chutney and podi....

First try very plain, later you can add anything to this batter and try many varities....



I cant resist myself while preparing this dosa, so finished my breakfast so earlier and first in my home..,,
