While buying ladies finger take care to buy very small size and fresh one. Small size ladies finger only better for this dish. Wash ladies finger and pat it dry with a cloth. Then cut both edges of the ladies finger.  Make a silt lengthwise in middle of the ladiesfinger. Mix the powders under the head stuffing with little salt. Mix we'll and stuff it in slit in the ladies finger. Keep it aside.

Heat oil is a pan, add sombu seeds, when it splutters, add onions and fry well till onions turn golden brown. Then add garlic and ginger pieces .
