Ingredients
Chappathi - 5
Noodles - 100 gms ( don't use instant noodles)
Vegetables - carrot, beans, green peas, capsicum (may add veg of ur choice)
Onion - 3
Tomato - 3
Spring onion - one bunch
Ginger garlic past - 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tbs
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt, oil as needed
Ajino motto ( optional)
Method
Prepare chappathi and cut the chappathi in diamond shapes or shapes of your choice. You can use left over chappathis too. Deep fry these cut pieces in the oil. Those who are health conscious can avoid this. Directly can use cut pieces without deep frying in oil. Keep them aside.
Boil water in a pan, add noodles. When noodles cooked, filter the water and was noodles in cold water and keep noodles in a sieve kindling with a fork so that noodles looks separate.
Chop all vegetables very fine. Keep aside.
Cut onion and tomatoes. Make paste of ginger garlic and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté well till it become translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir for two minutes. Then add all vegetables, one by one and sauté all of them in high flame for three to four minutes. Then add tomato and sauté everything till tomato become soft and mushy. Then add chilli powder, sauté well. Add salt, fried chappathis, noodles, garam masala and mix everything well. Sauté in medium flame for 5 minutes so that everything gets mixed well. Switch of the flame. Add lemons juice and mix well.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion leaves and serve hot with any raita. Perfect yummy breakfast for kids.
