Ingredients
Coriander leaves - 1 medium size bunch
Green chillies - 5 ( increase or decrease according to ur taste)
Tamarind - one small pea size
Shredded coconut - 2 tsp
Small onion - 15
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
For seasoning
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Asfetodia - 1/4 tsp
Method
In a pan heat little oil, then add onion and sauté well till it turns pink, then add green chillies and sauté for few more minutes, then add coriander leaves, coconut, tamarind and sauté for one minute and Switch of the flame. When cooled, grind it in mixie. But when grind in hand taste will be greater.
Then heat oil in a Kadai, season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal , asfetodia and mix it with the chutney.
Serve with idly or dosai or adai.
