Baby corn pulav

Baby corn , every one in my home loved this... We used to have it raw, that itself tastes so good... Normally I used to prepare kuruma using this... In hotel I tried baby corn machurian, but till now I have not tried it...have to try it one day.... But since am ver fond of making one pot lunch box recipes using anything available... I tried pulav using baby corn which came out very well....Everyone praised its tastes so much.....kids loved this rice which is hot, spicy and bit sweet... Try this and Give your comments...

Ingredients

Baby corn - one cup cut lengthwise, for 2 inch height
Raw rice- 1 cup( can use basmathi rice for rich look and taste)
Bay leaf- 1
Clove- 3
Cinnamon -1 inch
Cardamom-1
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Onion -1 length wise chopped nicely
Coconut milk- 2 cups 
Salt to taste
Oil as needed

For paste

Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
Garlic- 4 pods
Ginger- 2 inch
Grated coconut- 2tbsp
Green chili- 3
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp

Method

Wash and soak rice in water for half an hour...

Grind all items mentioned under paste by adding little water to paste...

In a pan add oil, season with dry garam masala items, then add onion sauté well, then add grinded paste, baby corn and fry in medium flame, continously sauté till raw smell goes.....then add rice , fry for one minute and then add coconut milk, salt and pressure cook everything in pressure pan... Pulav
Can be served hot with any gravy...
