Yesterday is vinayagar chathurthi, vinayagar still in our home... So today's evening neivethiyam milk kolukattai...
We can name this as somberi kolukattai.... Today in mood of enjoyment with kids, so have no heart to spend more time in kitchen... So want to prepare something so quick...
To idiyappam flour added hot boiling water and keep on kneading in low flame till it is cooked well and become firm... Make balls out if it.... To Boiled milk added sugar, cardamon powder, little grated coconut ( morning itself had grated bit more for chutney so kept in fridge remaining), mix everything well, to this add rice balls and allow everything to boil for few minutes and switch of the flame... But when eating only I realised balls are too big....so with back of spoon, mashed balls little and then served to my family.... Though tasted good, it doesn't equal to our paal kolukattai , which we used to prepare with jaggery....
