I bought everything yesterday from shop for preparing pav bhaji for today's breakfast... When about to prepare only I noticed that am out of stock of pav bhaji masala in my home which is important ingredient for this recipe...Then only thought of trying the same in my home.... I had the empty bottle of the previously used masala powder, seeing the ingredients list from it, prepared this powder. Today pav bhaji tasted so nice with this home made fresh masala... So easy to make , so why can't everyone can try to make it in home instead of purchasing the readymade powder available in shop... You can prepared it and store it in airtight bottle even for six months...

Ingredients
Coriander seeds - 8 tbs
Cumin seeds - 4 tbs
Black pepper - 4 tbs
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Cardamon - 6
Red chillies - 10 to 15
Cinamon - 4 inch stick
Cloves - 15
Amateur powder - 2 tbs
Method
Dry roast all the above ingredients together except the last item. After switching off the flame, add amateur powder and sauté in the heat... Nice aroma will come... When it is cooled down, powder it well in the mixie jar. Can sieve and powder again of needed. Then store in air tight container and use whenever needed.
