Kids are on vacation, so wanted to try some evening snacks for kids... Thought of preparing halwa with bean flour, rava, sugar... But stock of ghee is very low in my home ... So I prepared this without ghee and served to everyone in home... Everyone begin to like this very much and asked me , what's the name of this sweet.... I am thinking what name to tell, because consistency not in halwa form, while am in deep thinking, brother told this sweets tastes fantastic and asked me what's this sweet name... I told him it is mix of halwa, Kesari etc, so you can keep whatever name you like... Then he asked me what are the ingredients I used, in tamil I told, Kadala maavu, Rava, jeeni, paal ( besan flour, semolina, sugar and milk... Immediately he named it KARAJEBA including first two letters of all.... I too liked this name very much, so named this sweet KARAJEBA.... This is story behind the name of this dish...
