Ingredients
Baby corn - 1 cup
Panner - 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot - 1 tbs
Finely chopped onion - 1 tbs
Finely chopped tomato - 1 tbs
Coriander leaves - few
Green chilies - 1
Lemon - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - as needed
Pepper - as needed
Amchur powder - as needed
Salt - as needed
Method
Cook baby corn kernels in pressure cooker. Remove baby corns and keep aside
First put panner in hot water for few minutes, then cut it into small pieces and shallow fry it in dosa tawa.
Now mix all ingredients together in a big bowl, toss well and serve hot.
