Today's special recipe of our home is wheat pidi kolukattai... This is very healthy kolukkattai.... So please try this and give your feedback.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 pinch
Coconut scraps - 2 tbs
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Salt - very little pinch
Method
Fry one cup of wheat in a pan, till nice aroma comes out, boil 3/4 th cup of water , add jaggery to it... When it begins to boil, filter it, then mix wheat flour, cardamon powder, little salt, coconut scraps, little ghee and boiled jaggery water... Make kolukkattai out of it and steam it ....
