Ingredients
Green gram dhal - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cardamon powder - 2 tsp
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cashewnuts - few
Method
Soak, green gram dhal overnight. Next day grind it corasely. Prepare jaggery syrub. To this add grinded green gram dhal. Little salt. Mix well till water completely evaporates. Then add ghee, coconut scraps, cardamon powder mix well. Grease a plate with ghee. Pour this mix in the plate. When it is cooled down cut it and serve.
