Ingredients
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 1/4 kga
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Red chillies - 6
Fried gram - 1 tbs
Potatoes - 3 grated
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Method
Grind coconut, red chillies, fried gram, poppy seeds, fennel seeds,cumin seeds, keep aside..in a pan add oil, add nicely chopped two onions, saute well, add chopped tomatoes,saute well, then add three grated potatoes, saute, then add grinded masala, saute well till raw smell goes, then add enough water, salt , allow till everythung is cooked well, switch off flame, garnish with curry leaves, coriander leaves, serve...
