Green gram dhal vada

Today being friday, i wanted to try some vada but at the same time healthy one.... Hence i tried full green gram vada.... This is simple and easiest way of making this vada.... When you eat it hot, it is so crispy and taste... Let us go to the recipe


Ingredients

Green Gram Dhal - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4
Ginger - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cooking soda - 1 tsp
Curry leaves, coriadner leaves - few
Oil for deep frying
Salt as needed.

Method

Soak green gram dhal over night and next day filter water completely and grind it adding greenchilles, ginger without adding water.... To this mix add cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt , a pinch of cooking soda and mix everything well . Deep fry in oil in te desired shape. Serve hot with any sauce.
