Ingredients
Besan Flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour or wheat flour - 1 cup ( I used all purpose flour)
Rava or Wheat rava - 1 cup ( I used wheat rava)
Carom seeds - 1 tbs
Dry methi leaves - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Water - as needed
Method
Mix besan flour, all purpose flour, wheat rava, carom seeds, dry methi leaves, red chilli powder, salt and mix together adding water to tight dough. Leave it for 20 minutes. Divide the flour into balls and spread it into thin circle. Cut it into the shape you desire and deep fry in oil. Will be verycrispy and tasty.
